Why Your R6 Tracker Stats Are Missing, Delayed or Incorrect

You rush to your R6 tracker after a ranked session — but the profile doesn’t load, the stats are yesterday’s, or the numbers look wrong. Before assuming it’s broken: most stat problems aren’t bugs. They’re the predictable result of how trackers pull data from Ubisoft’s servers. This guide is organized by symptom — find yours, learn why it happens, and see what’s fixable vs what you must wait out.

Which Symptom Are You Seeing?

What you see What’s probably happening
“Player not found” Lookup problem — spelling, platform, privacy, renamed account
Stats hours/days old Sync problem — API delay, cache, patch freeze
Numbers look wrong Filter problem — wrong season, mode, or platform
Rank looks wrong Rank display lag or season-transition edge case

Symptom 1: “Player Not Found”

A missing profile almost never means deleted stats — the tracker couldn’t match your search. Common causes:

1. Spelling mistake. Trackers match usernames exactly. Copy from Ubisoft Connect, don’t type from memory. See our username lookup guide.

2. Wrong platform. PC, PlayStation, Xbox are entirely separate profiles.

3. Account too new. No meaningful data yet — play more matches.

4. Username changed. Search the current exact name; use the tracker’s refresh option.

5. Privacy set to private. Invisible to third-party trackers by design — no toggle overrides that.

6. Console ID vs Ubisoft username mix-up. They’re different identifiers; check account settings.

Symptom 2: Stats Stale or Delayed

No tracker watches your client live. Data flows: you play → Ubisoft records → tracker queries on schedule → cache. Every step adds delay.

Refresh cycles: trackers re-query on timers. Use the manual refresh button, then wait — don’t spam it (rate limits).

Ubisoft API delays: when Ubisoft’s data services slow down, every tracker freezes simultaneously. Check status pages; matches backfill once recovered.

Patch/season freezes: transitions pause ingestion for hours or days. Your matches are recorded; display lags.

Browser cache: hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5) before anything else.

Symptom 3: Numbers Look Wrong

Usually both numbers are “correct” — measuring different things. Seasonal filters: lifetime 1.4 K/D vs season 1.1 are both real windows. Ranked-only vs all-modes: check which the tracker shows. Platform mix-ups and role context explain the rest.

When It’s Actually Broken vs Normal

Normal (wait it out): post-patch freezes, API-wide delays affecting all trackers, new-account emptiness. Actually broken (act): one tracker stale while others update (their bug — report it), overlay frozen while website fresh (update Overwolf/plugin), persistent wrong-platform data (re-link account).

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did my stats freeze after a patch?

Trackers pause ingestion during transitions until data formats stabilize. Backfills typically within days.

One tracker shows different numbers than another — which is right?

Both, usually — different snapshot times, filters, or seasons. Compare with identical filters before judging.

Can I force my stats to update?

Manual refresh requests new data but can’t conjure what Ubisoft hasn’t published. One refresh, then patience.

The Bottom Line

Match the symptom to the cause: lookup issues are yours to fix; sync delays are Ubisoft’s to resolve; filter mismatches are yours to notice. New to trackers? Start with our R6 Tracker guide and dashboard guide.
